I'm Michael — an independent Apple technician serving Grass Valley, Nevada City, and the surrounding foothills. Since 2002, my practice has been built almost entirely on referrals from satisfied clients.
My work centers on issues other technicians have been unable to resolve: intermittent failures, opaque diagnostic results, and the kind of nuanced macOS behavior that requires deep familiarity with the platform. I work methodically, document my findings, and communicate in plain English.
Most appointments take place on-site — at a home office, business, or wherever the equipment is in use. I provide written estimates before any chargeable work begins and decline jobs where a repair isn't warranted.
